During the academic year of 2021-2022 Humboldt State University transformed into the third public polytechnical university in the CSU.  The official name change was passed at the BOT in Jan 2022 and is now Cal Poly Humboldt.  Several groups were created to help with the transition which includes building out new academic programs and supporting anticipated growth in enrollment. The Inclusive Student Success group is leading the effort to increase graduation rates, reduce equity gaps, remove barriers for students and increase wrap around support and services.  These changes will help transition Cal Poly Humboldt to become a student ready college campus and away from preparing students to be college ready.
